I read resources provided by NETA and practice questions. I would suggest practicing much more questions and focus on rationale and quality rather than quantities. The helping hand to succeed which I can proudly say is NETA because I found their content very much fruitful and the best part is, they keep on upgrading their content in relation to NCSBN Board. They keep you constantly motivated even you get failure. They never leave their hand instead they push you much more towards achieving your success which did happen to me as well. And I did not find such institute that keeps on follow up with you, regarding your studies progresses, achievement and does provide feedback. Thus, heartful thanks to NETA team and especial thanks to Karissa and Karen for being such a wonderful co-ordinator and tutor. 

When I was taking the exam, I felt like all my teachers were there sitting beside me, telling me how to deal with the questions like how we would during our final coaching. I was literally going through every word. Learn by heart and reflect on the day, use the NETA framework..I would hear these reminders constantly play in my head, and always when I need them. It is truly worth it..all the hours shared with our educators have truly paid off. As always, theoretical knowledge is most important. In my case around 15 % of the questions were purely theoretical, and everything else I was able to confidently comprehend with analytics based on the NETA framework. To all you future test-takers, remember these..Be calm. Imagine this as just another mock test. Relax. You got this.

Before Coming to Australia I had a goal in my mind that I would first register myself as a Registered Nurse and fulfill my lifelong dream but had so many inhibitions in my mind. But now I feel that, I was lucky enough to accomplish my dream through NETA, As they helped me getting through the ardent path of preparation which made me pass the NCLEX in my first attempt. I would also like to thank all my educators of NETA who were always patient enough to listen to my thought processes and suggest imporvements.

The journey wasn’t easy but it was all worth it. First and foremost I would like to dedicate this success of becoming Australian RN to GOD, my way maker and promise keeper. For in Him, nothing was impossible in his perfect time. He blessed me with super supportive family and a loving husband who believes in me despite of all the hopelessness and frustration that I felt throughout my OBA process due to multiple lockdowns in Victoria. God has also given me NETA OBA as my review center for my OSCE preparation and my encourager despite of being doubtful of my skills, they keep pushing me to be the best that I can be and keep reminding that I have already know this skills for the very long time in my nursing career, I just have to execute it in Australian way and be a safe advocate to my patients. College of NETA has supported me to achieve my OSCE. Self-confidence, 100% determination is the biggest factor in succeeding the exam. The preparation course increased my confidence as I know that I have gained enough knowledge to perform the skills. I do believe that it is achievable by many, the exam can be challenging, but with proper support from educators and other OSCE classmates, complete resources, dedication and commitment, nothing is impossible. I am thankful to all my family, friends and NETA for supporting me in this journey

Taking my NCLEX preparation with NETA really helped me to achieve the goal of passing the exam as fast as possible.
All the resources, the mock tests and readiness tests were absolutely useful to practice the different topics.
The lessons were interesting, very easy to understand and focused on the main point of the argument. They gave me the chance to refresh my knowledge as a nurse in Italy and to be confident enough to pass the exam.
I went through all the steps suggested by the study plan and it was the perfect program which gave me the opportunity to learn how to manage the questions properly.
The team was very helpful and they were always ready to answer my questions. In particular, Khloe was very kind and dedicated and helped me a lot in order to pass the NCLEX.
One thing that really changed my way of studying was the intensive coaching. Five days of intensive lessons with all the other students were exactly what I needed to acquire confidence and work on my weakness.

I am finally relieved because I passed my NCLEX. As an international nurse who has zero knowledge about the OBA pathway, I was really stressed about where to start. NETA was truly a God-given instrument that helped me pass my OSCE last November 2023, achieving 10 out of 10 stations. I will be forever grateful for the exceptional support and guidance I have received throughout my journey. From the initial stages of preparing for my OSCE to the challenging process of finding employment as a Registered Nurse, NETA has been an invaluable source of support since I arrived in Australia, initially wanting to work as an AIN, and finally landing a job in one of their affiliated nursing homes. Now, I am transitioning to become an AuRN.

The personalized assistance and guidance I received exceeded my expectations, making a significant impact on my professional development. I enrolled with Neta a few months ago when I was looking for a good preparation course in order to complete my Oba pathway. Everything was smooth and perfect with them and there was always someone to support you! The material is great and more than enough to help you in this journey. Lessons are interactive and Face to Face classes were such a great and positive experience where you can finally meet your classmate/teacher in person and develop your skill with them. They will also help you to find a job when you pass OSCE!!

Before starting OBA pathway i had no idea where to start and what steps to take then I got to know about Jenil Consultancy through Anu Mam. Thanks to NETA that I have passed my OSCE with a score of 8/10. Thanks to all the educators for being the pillars of my success and providing me with all the support and guidance I needed. My experience with NETA has been really wonderful as I prepared for my RN OSCE. From the get go, the orientation and the portal were such an ease to navigate and 100% organised. 

NETA was able to create a supportive learning environment for us, my classmates are truly helpful and friendly, our instructor, Jimmy, is very welcoming and knowledgeable, as she took the OSCE herself, and Karissa was very encouraging. I can really say NETA cares for the students. 

With the help and encouragement of my instructors and classmates, I took the plunge, flew to Melbourne, had the opportunity to practice in the skills lab there, and finally took my OSCE on 10 May 2025 - and passed! 

It is such a whirlwind journey, but I owe my success to NETA. Without the encouragement, I would have just listened to my self-doubt and rescheduled my test date. It is true that a person's greatest competition and critic is oneself. Having a supportive environment where it is safe to make mistakes to be able to learn and grow makes all the difference.

"No words can describe the joy I felt when I woke up today and got the email from AHPRA saying that I passed my OSCE. I’d like to personally thank Karissa, Khloe, Anu, Stashy, Sachi and the rest of the NETA Team for all their support during online classes, face to face workshops and via email. I’d also like to thank the colleagues that practiced with me during online class and in person. I don’t regret enrolling for the OSCE All Inclusive program. I found that the face-to-face sessions prior to the exam were extremely beneficial.

To those who have yet to take the exam or weren’t able to pass, I recommend practicing 10 stations a day for 1-2 months prior to your exam. Consistency and practice are key; it will help you achieve your goals in Nursing. Get your family members and friends involved in your exam practice if you have to. I’ve found that bribing people with homemade sweets and baked goods worked the best."

NETA has been a great support during my preparation… Being an off-shore student was a challenge during my preparation stage for OSCE and their student portal was a big help to me because of the comprehensive study materials that is available online. Additionally, the instructors made sure that each class is always interactive.

The Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is a critical milestone for most of the off-shore nurses like me who aspire to practice in AU. It requires thorough preparation and strategic planning to succeed. With the assistance of NETA, my OSCE review became a more organized, positive, and enriching experience.
First, NETA training and simulated exams helped me see how I improved and made me feel more prepared. Then, the instructors provide an organized and well-structured system that guides students in every aspect of the exam. For instance, Ms. Khloe's "desensitization" thing where she shows photos of every OSCE station each time she starts her online class. It helps me create a mini mental note of what to expect on the exam, and it alleviates my anxiety since I can foresee what may and may not happen on the test date. Lastly, with their modules grounded in actual practice, I gained a deeper understanding of the Australian standard of practice and practical applications of knowledge and skills in the context of healthcare.
The OSCE journey can be daunting, but with the help of NETA, preparation becomes more organized and effective. With knowledge, skills, and the correct support, success in the OSCE is well within reach.
